Its mandate encompasses everything from machine safety training and updating Axelent’s unique Safety Book through responsibility for machine safety texts on the web to maintaining a broad consensus within the Group as regards safety.

Matthias Schulz brings invaluable knowledge to the table when it comes to interpreting and explaining new standards. In the Safety Book, he simplifies these often complex texts, creating easily grasped clarifications that everyone can understand.

The Switch Selection Guide is another example of the group’s work to simplify important information – in this case relating to Axelent’s products. This guide, created by Marc Van den Ende, explains and clarifies which locks and switches can be combined when different safety levels need to be in place.

The Axelent Safety Group will also be involved in the company’s product range. With the end user ever in mind, intensive efforts are under way to ensure that our product offering is always relevant and compliant.
